Do you have those days that your
makeup just doesn’t want to stay good… your liner refuses to go on straight or
your lashes don’t want to curl. Well now we’ve asked some of the best
professional artists to tell us how to do makeup without troubles.
The first thing you need to do if you really want to
apply your makeup like a professional is
use the proper brushes. The eight basic brushes are Foundation brush, Concealer
brush, Fluffy powder brush,
Blush brush, Small blending brush, Flat eye-shadow brush, Precision angle brush and Lip brush. The most important thing is to know how to hold them, so the tip here is to place your fingers on the center of the brush handle.

For great looking cream foundation you can mix it
with some primer. This also helps the makeup blend seamlessly with the first
layer of primer on your skin.
The third tip is about those redness, around the nose
for example, that we want to hide. There is a color wheel and we are choosing
from it. Professionals say that opposite colors cancel each other out, so
green-pigmented concealer covers redness, and orangey concealer removes blue.
If you use your beige concealer, it'll only make those areas look muddy.
If there is something that you don’t like about your
face you can change it too. For example your button nose, round face or
prominent forehead. All those things could be changed shading some spots and
lighting the others. If you have a flat or wide nose you should shade alongside
your bridge starting from your inner brows. Then highlight right on the center
of your nose. If you have a prominent forehead than you should shade
around the outer edge of your forehead along your hairline to minimize the area
with bronzer. In case you have a round face and want to make it look more oval
you can apply a bronzer a shade or two darker than your skin tone in shape
alongside your face.
We’ve found out that you can use the same info to
alter my eye shape, too. Whether you have drooping lids, narrow-set eyes, or
they're simply too small, you can use light and shadow to change them.
Our sixth tip is simple, but super important. When
you're trying to pick the most flattering eye-shadow colors you can use again
the trick with the opposite colors. When two of those are next to each other
they are helping to each other to stand out.
The other thing that is not that easy is putting
eyeliner. Our tip for you is simple but useful. You're supposed
to go from the inner corner to the center of your lid, then reload
the brush and start from the outside corner until you meet the existing liner.
There are a few steps for perfect lips too. Apply
foundation to your entire lip. Using a white eyeliner pencil, very softly
feather the pencil over the natural contour of the lip than redo the line with
a lip pencil in the color of your lipstick. Apply lipstick with a lip
brush in a downward motion. Apply a light shade of base foundation around the
new lip line.
Our last tip for you is how to conceal those
under-eye circles. With your concealer brush, swipe the color-correcting
concealer under your eye in a "V" shape from your outer to inner
corner. Then, buff the concealer into
your skin, until you get to the center of your lower lid, where you'll want to
feather the concealer for a lighter application. Seems difficult but it’s
really useful.
We hope these advises will help you out to look even
more fabulous than now.
