Fitness and the other kinds of sports
Nowadays obesity is a very common problem. Despite this a lot of people smoke and drink too much alcohol and some of them start at young age. Also kids spend a lot of time on the computer, not realizing the awesome opportunities they have in front of them to spend their time. People should change their lifestyle in so that the problems  above and a lot more would disappear and start living healthier. But what is healthy lifestyle? Well, you can go and ask your doctor for a diet and maybe some kind of exercise, or just play some sport or run and eat healthy food. It is up to you.
So, I have been playing sport from kinder garden and my brother is going to fitness sometimes and I would like to be helpful with the information I give. I hope I will be useful for you to make the right choice if you want to have a healthy lifestyle, especially if you are keen on playing sport.
There are a lot of varieties of sports you can play, like basketball volleyball, football, badminton, fencing, figure skating, hockey and so on. If you are about to choose what to play, better start with something that is popular in your country, because you will probably have more people to compete with and better conditions. Also, do not forget that you had better played sport which you can afford in order to not having financial problems in the future. While playing sports not including fitness, people learn how to concentrate easier and react quickly in stressful situations. Also are developed very useful skills like quick reflexes , intellection and mental toughness. While fitness makes you physically strong , healthy and keeps  you in a good shape , it does not develop your mental skills . But it saves time and it is more practical at all.
Here is a list of some of  the health benefits of fitness or playing sport:
Improvement of cardiac function
Control of appetite
Better sleeping regime
Speeding up of metabolism
Good body shape
Body adapts to burn fat as the preferred energy source

Who can use facial serums?

Serums were developed specifically for the correction and prevention of various skin problems on your face. They are one of the best means for combating imperfections such as redness, enlarged pores, graying and fading of facial skin.



Their strength lies in the fact that serums instantly absorb and penetrate deeply into the skin of your face. Unlike creams and gels, serums contain more concentrated active ingredients with more rapid and effective results. This explains their cost in comparison to that of basic creams.

1. At what age can we use facial serums?
The best age to use serums is after 30.

Usually during that age the skin starts showing “defects”- allocation, loss of glow, stains, dark circles under the eyes

2. Why are they so useful?

This modern cosmetic product has a high concentration of bioactive ingredients. However, they are used only when there is a visible need on your skin.
Serums are quickly absorbed into the skin and they do not contain fats unlike most hydrating products. Instead they contain additional nutrients such as vegetable oils, vitamin C, glycerin, extracts, which protect the face from the harmful effects of the environment and maintain normal natural composition of the skin cells.

As a basic for day or night creams, the serum enhances the action of the cream and its effect is quicker. Serum has smaller molecules than those of face creams and therefore must be applied first. This also means that it can penetrate better and deeper into your skin and effectively do its magic. The consistency is usually very light and easy to apply, moreover, quickly dries on your face.

3. How to used and apply the serum?

It is not a good idea to use serums all the time.
The best time to start a serum therapy is spring or autumn.
Guide rule according to dermatologists is to always use serums in combination with cream. The second important thing to be observed is the order: first apply the serum, then the cream, the reverse will not lead to anything good for your skin.
Start with the application of the serum, wait three or four minutes for it to soak and then apply your facial cream (night or day cream). One of the reasons you should use that combined therapy for your skin, is that the creams contain active ingredients that help the absorption of the serum.

The explanation of skin and cosmetic specialists for the combination therapy is that the serum does not contain moisturizing agents (excluding the hydrating serums). Many women think that having oily skin, acne and other problems means using cosmetic products that shade glossy skin, and close pores. But that is the wrong course of action. Dermatologists explain that each skin, regardless of the degree of oiliness needs moisturizing products (creams and masks). You will feel the tension of the skin, and it may even begin to exfoliate, if you don`t combine your serum with the appropriate for your skin, cream. There are women who, contrary to the advice of beauticians do not put cream after the serum and claim that their skin feels better. I do not recommend, however, to experiment, especially if you have sensitive or dry skin.
If you have a super dehydrated skin and want to make the effect of the serum faster and easier, clean your face first and then apply toner. Remember that wet skin is ten times more permeable than dry skin. This will help to develop a deeper penetration of the product.

Since serum contains many and more effective ingredients than facial creams, the amount you need to apply must be less than that of the cream. If you use more of the serum, your skin will not be able to absorb everything. Apply the serum with gentle movements (don`t rub too strongly) on the face and neck.
Dermatologists advise to adhere to the use of serums and creams from the same series, mainly because the ingredients are analogically selected and the effect will be stronger.

When you decide you want to use serum, it is better to consult a specialist on which type is suitable for your skin and with which other cream to combine it.
You need to do that for two reasons: first for a maximum effect, and second - the price of the serum and the cream wont be low so it`s not worth risking your money on personal choice.
