Fitness and the other kinds of sports
Nowadays obesity is a very common problem. Despite this a lot of people smoke and drink too much alcohol and some of them start at young age. Also kids spend a lot of time on the computer, not realizing the awesome opportunities they have in front of them to spend their time. People should change their lifestyle in so that the problems  above and a lot more would disappear and start living healthier. But what is healthy lifestyle? Well, you can go and ask your doctor for a diet and maybe some kind of exercise, or just play some sport or run and eat healthy food. It is up to you.
So, I have been playing sport from kinder garden and my brother is going to fitness sometimes and I would like to be helpful with the information I give. I hope I will be useful for you to make the right choice if you want to have a healthy lifestyle, especially if you are keen on playing sport.
There are a lot of varieties of sports you can play, like basketball volleyball, football, badminton, fencing, figure skating, hockey and so on. If you are about to choose what to play, better start with something that is popular in your country, because you will probably have more people to compete with and better conditions. Also, do not forget that you had better played sport which you can afford in order to not having financial problems in the future. While playing sports not including fitness, people learn how to concentrate easier and react quickly in stressful situations. Also are developed very useful skills like quick reflexes , intellection and mental toughness. While fitness makes you physically strong , healthy and keeps  you in a good shape , it does not develop your mental skills . But it saves time and it is more practical at all.
Here is a list of some of  the health benefits of fitness or playing sport:
Improvement of cardiac function
Control of appetite
Better sleeping regime
Speeding up of metabolism
Good body shape
Body adapts to burn fat as the preferred energy source
Increasing amount of oxygen in the blood
And do not forget that you also find new friends.
